Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Enter, update, and maintain accurate records in databases and spreadsheets.
- Perform routine administrative tasks including filing, scanning, and document management.
- Verify data for accuracy and completeness; correct errors as needed.
- Assist with scheduling, correspondence, and office coordination.
- Support team members with reporting and documentation requests.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Provide general office support to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in data entry, office administration, or related role.
- Strong typing skills with high accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
