Position: Data Entry / Administrative Clerk.
Location: Palmetto, FL 34221.
Pay Work Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. 
Job Type: Contract (90 – 120 days) Note: Exceptional performers are often offered permanent opportunities.

Overview:
We are seeking a detail‑oriented and highly organized Data Entry / Administrative specialist to join our team in Palmetto. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a structured environment, enjoy working with data, and can manage administrative tasks with accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Enter, update, and maintain accurate records in databases and spreadsheets.
  • Perform routine administrative tasks including filing, scanning, and document management.
  • Verify data for accuracy and completeness; correct errors as needed.
  • Assist with scheduling, correspondence, and office coordination.
  • Support team members with reporting and documentation requests.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Provide general office support to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in data entry, office administration, or related role.
  • Strong typing skills with high accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
