Location: Tampa, FL
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $16.50 - 17.50/hour (BOE)
Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Manufacturing Technician to join our team! This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in accuracy, and thrives in a fast–paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment and machinery.
- Assemble, test, and inspect products according to company standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow safety procedures and report any issues to supervisors.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and equipment adjustments as needed.
- Document production information and ensure quality control requirements are met.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or a similar environment preferred.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Basic math and measurement skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn.
