Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Compensation: $20–$22/hr + Production/Yearly Bonus

About the Role:
We are a growing custom equipment manufacturer seeking a skilled Plumber/Fabricator to build and assemble custom temperature control skid packages. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in plumbing, fabrication, and mechanical systems who enjoys working on unique, custom-built projects. You’ll work with advanced systems including boilers, chillers, and heat exchangers, playing a key role in building high-quality equipment used across various industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform plumbing using SCH80 PVC, CPVC, and copper piping.
- Assemble and fabricate FRP (Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic) skids.
- Install and assist with wiring pumps and mechanical components.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and schematics.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC and chiller systems.
- Ensure quality and accuracy in all builds and installations.
- Use basic computer programs (Excel, PDF, etc.) for documentation.
- Self-manage tasks and assist in overseeing team workflow when needed.
- Travel occasionally for equipment startups (national & international).
Qualifications:
- Experience in plumbing, fabrication, or mechanical assembly.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, chillers, or industrial equipment preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
- Experience with copper piping and press fittings.
- Basic electrical/wiring knowledge is a plus.
- Comfortable using computers (Microsoft Excel, PDFs, etc.).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
