Plumbing Estimator

Pay rate: BOE

Location: St. Petersburgh - Full time

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Plumbing Estimator to join a growing team and will play a key role in supporting the bid estimating team on plumbing scopes for large-scale construction projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional looking to make an impact within a growing organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for plumbing systems on large-scale construction projects.
Analyze project plans, specifications, and drawings to determine scope and material requirements.
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders, including general contractors and clients.
Utilize estimating software to develop detailed takeoffs and pricing.
Support bid submissions and ensure deadlines are met in a high-volume environment.
Assist in value engineering and cost optimization strategies.

Qualifications (Must-Have):

Strong experience in plumbing estimating for large-scale projects such as multifamily, commercial, high-rise, hospitals, stadiums, data centers, or other mission-critical builds.
Proficiency with estimating tools and software (e.g., Accubid, McCormick, Procore, Trimble products, or similar).
Ability to manage multiple estimates and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior hands-on field experience in plumbing with transition into an office-based estimating role.
Experience working on local projects and interacting directly with general contractors and clients.
