Job Title: Trusts & Estates (T&E) Paralegal
Location: 100% In-Office
Schedule: Monday – Friday
Pay: $25–$40/hour (DOE)

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Trusts & Estates (T&E) Paralegal to join our legal team in a full-time, in-office role. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with experience in estate planning and administration who can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with trusts and estates administration, including probate matters.
Support estate planning and drafting of legal documents.
Prepare and review legal forms and filings.
Maintain and organize client files and case documentation.
Communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, and third parties.
Ensure accuracy and compliance with legal procedures and deadlines.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in Trusts & Estates law.
Experience with estate administration and estate plan drafting required.
Familiarity with Lawgic and Probate Form Builder (Westlaw) preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
